Finish His Work

Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!

Prayer
Holy Father in heaven, as the world around us replaces God with idols and hope with fear, let us, in Your strength, fill that gap with the work of Your will. Let us, in Your Holy Spirit, be the field workers today, reaping souls with the message Your gospel of salvation and the coming Kingdom of peace. Let our hope be in Your words: Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. ~
