Devolution In Simplest Terms:

1. China commits Acts of War including Bio-Hazard attack on America and the world. Media and Medical corps are complicit in narrative deployment. Trump becomes a wartime president with additional powers.

2. American traitors use Covid-19 to change the outcome of the 2020 pres election. Trump admin issues Executive Orders and Emergency Action Directives to maintain essential functions of gov't.

3. Trump turns presidential power over to the military who limits the power of the Biden admin. Continuity of Gov't laws are applied and command of military is decentralized, circumventing the Pentagon.
