And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. ~ Romans 8:28
Prayer
Holy Father in heaven, Jesus Christ is the Great Shepherd of Your flock and the King of Your Kingdom to come. With Him we will never want and with Him Your Kingdom is our inheritance, not as orphans but as heirs. Let us live this day as Your loving children, seeking Your face and our purpose through the Holy Spirit, with the confidence in knowing all things will be for our good in Christ Jesus. Amen.
Testimony
The shepherd leads, feeds and protects his sheep. When the shepherd is good, there are no orphans, just a flock; a family that is loved and cared for. We are as sheep in a world gone mad, and as such are easily led astray, deceived away from the Truth. But thankfully, our Shepherd is the Good Shepherd, willing to die to save His flock that not one will be lost. Our Shepherd is Jesus Christ.
Wisdom
We can choose to be the sheep or the the dog that protects the sheep. One lives every day in fear of the wolf and one watches closely for the wolf, fearlessly prepared for battle, even to the death. One is weak and vulnerable and the other is strong and prepared. Either way we serve the shepherd. Why not choose to be strong.
