In Stillness May He Exalt Us
Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! ~ Psalm 46:10
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. ~ John 14:27
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. ~ 1 Peter 5:6-7
Holy Father in heaven, let today be the day that we will be still in Your presence; that we will seek Your face with peace of mind and heart, because we trust in Your majesty. Let us not be fearful of this world but with humility let us put our lives in Your hands knowing with certainty that You are God, Jesus is Lord, and we are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Let us seek the true peace of the Lord in the stillness of His presence. Let our humility before Him stir Him to exalt us, because He cares for us; for those who are His.
