Hope in what’s to come.
He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the LORD has spoken. And it will be said in that day: “Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the LORD; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.” ~ Isaiah 25:8-9
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. ~ Romans 8:18
They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” ~ Revelation 7:16-17
Holy Father God in heaven, let us rejoice in our heart today at the glorious gift of salvation that You have graciously bestowed upon us through the sacrifice of Yeshua Messiah, the Christ of God. Let us also rejoice in our heart and in our spirit at what is yet to come at His return as King to rule for eternity. In His strength let us endure to the end, doing Your Kingdom work, giving all glory and thanks in Your Name. Amen.
The world is broken. Creation is moaning. People are suffering. Tribulation is coming. But our hope is not in this life but rather in the life that awaits us with the Lord God who’s mercy and grace through Jesus Christ gives us peace
