Let the Lord Exalt You.
Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them.
~ Psalm 55:22, 145:18-19
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. ~ Philippians 4:6-7
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. ~ 1 Peter 5:6-7
Holy Father in heaven, what more can we ask of a loving Father and Almighty God than to be loved and cared for as we are by You. You take our burdens and our cares upon Yourself and replace them with the peace of Jesus Christ, whose yoke is light. Let us seek Your face today with humility and thankfulness; with fear and trembling, that You will hear us and draw near to us, guarding our hearts and minds, even exalting us in Your due time. Amen.
Nothing takes away anxiety away better or faster than giving your burdens to the Lord. Jesus said, ” My yoke is light” and “peace I give you.” The weight of this world is heavier than we can carry but the peace that comes from Christ is priceless.
