Let Us Be Prepared
Open my eyes, that I may see Wondrous things from Your law. ~ Psalm 119:18

In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. ~ John 14:2-3
Holy Father in heaven, let us pray each day for open eyes and open minds that we will discern Your Word for the Truth that it is. Let Your holy Scripture continue to speak wisdom into our hearts that our hearts will burn with the gospel of repentance, forgiveness, and redemption that is Jesus Christ (Luke 24:32). Let the truth of His story guide us in our ways as we persevere to emulate our Savior with our lives each day, knowing that He already paid for each of our failed attempts, and that He celebrates our victories as He prepares for us our place with Him in His Kingdom (John 14:2-3). Amen.

Let us meditate today on the food of His Word and the Guidance of His Spirit. Let find rest today for our souls as we prepare for our Savior, Jesus Christ just as He prepares for us, His bride.
