Guantanimo has been expanding since Trump first took office. Check out these two excerpts: The Biden administration sought to wind down operations at the facility. There are 15 detainees still there. “We have 30,000 beds in Guantánamo to detain the worst criminal illegal aliens threatening the American people,” Trump said during an event to sign the Laken Riley Act into law, stiffening the nation’s immigration laws. Takeaway: GITMO was expanded during Trump’s 1st term, in preparation for his 2nd term. #Devolution
